Here is a little drink everyone seems to love to pieces. Follow this precisely or you'll get a mouthful of 151 at the end and it won't be pleasant.

Use a double shot glass and a plastic drinking straw cut to be about an inch or two taller than the glass

Use Kaluha - coffee liquor

Use Bailey's Irish creme

Use Baccardi 151 Rum

First, pour the Kaluha in the shot glass and fill it about 1/3 the way, then nearly fill the rest of the shot glass with Bailey's. Be sure to leave just a little bit of room at the top of the shot glass for the 151. Use about a cap full of 151 and carefully pour it on the top of the shot so it floats on top. So, this should be a layered shot with clear divisions between the liquor. Depending on your shot glass, the brown Kaluha can look somewhat like a nipple, thus the name of the drink.

Finally, light the drink on fire and let it burn until nearly all the 151 is gone and the top of the Bailey's begins to bubble and swirl. This takes about a minute or so.

Blow the fire out and as fast as you can, insert the straw all the way to the bottom and suck up the drink as fast as you can in one huge gulp.

Should taste like a warm chocolate chip cookie - that's what most people say, then proceed to ask me to make them three or four of these bad boys.

This is one of the most popular drinks we make for guests at our bar.
